La Vivrière Araw (Rolled millet flour) 350 g: Suggested recipe "Fonde" ingredients for 6 peoples
- 350 Arow Fondé WIIW
- 2 litres of water
- 1 pinch of salt
- Sugar-vanilla
- Youghurt of fresh milk or fruit juice
- 1/8 nutmeg
Preparation
- Bring the water to boil in a large saucepan and add a pinch of salt
- Sprinkle in the ARAW FONDE WIIW granules whilst stirring gently to preven lumps from foarming
- Simmer gently,stirring occasionally, until the Fondé is perfectly cooked
- Take the saucepan off th stove and pour the cooked "Fonde" into a bowl
(The Fondé is cooked when an Araw granule taken from the saucepan can be crushed without leaving a white mark).
- Sweeten and flavoour to taste
- Next add the yoghurt, milk or fruit juice and save.
